How do exchanges and returns work?
Les échanges sont offerts en France Métropolitaine sous 14 jours à réception de votre commande( pré-commandes comprises). Concernant les produits braderie & fin de série, les frais sont à votre charge.
Les retours pour remboursement sont possibles pendant une période de 14 jours à compter de la date de réception du colis (et vérification du produit). Les frais de renvoi restent à votre charge, sauf en cas d'erreur de notre part.
Si vous optez pour un avoir, les frais de retour sont pris en charge. L'avoir est majoré de 8 euros et reste valable un an.
