Econyl is a 100% recycled and recyclable nylon fiber , made in particular from plastic waste collected in dumps and oceans (fishing nets, bottles, etc.). They are crushed, melted, transformed into a new fiber, to give a new garment. Econyl® is a registered trademark of Aquafil.
Econyl is part of a circular, zero waste dynamic : During its manufacture, Econyl consumes much less than non-recycled nylon. It saves up to 80% of gas emissions greenhouse gases compared to virgin nylon.
Econyl is made from used nylon. It is collected from oceans and landfills, where it would have taken decades to degrade, to be recycled and reused. More specifically, it helps clean the oceans of abandoned fishing nets, which threaten animals.

Aquafil is an Italian company whose business is to manufacture nylon 6-6, the most used in textiles. In 2011, the company undertook a new approach: to create a recycled nylon fiber, and 100% recyclable.

Lyocell, often marketed under the brand name Tencel, is a fiber made from eucalyptus cellulose , using an environmentally friendly process.
Lyocell production uses a non-toxic and recyclable solvent (NMMO - N-methylmorpholine N-oxide), which reduces environmental impacts.
It has excellent moisture wicking capacity , making it a good choice for sportswear and underwear.
Lyocell is also very soft and comfortable , often used for high quality linens and clothing.
It is strong and durable , while remaining soft after many washes.

TENCEL™ Modal fibers are regenerated cellulosic fibers known for being extraordinarily soft and pleasant to the skin. Brilliant in color and luster, TENCEL™ Modal fibers are highly flexible, giving the textile a naturally soft and durable quality.
TENCEL™ Modal fibers have a soft feel, even after repeated washing. Blending TENCEL™ Modal fibers with other fibers significantly improves the softness of fabrics, increasing overall comfort.
Fabrics designed with LYCRA Xtralife® are specifically adapted to sports activities that require a combination of lightness, breathability, muscle support and freedom of movement. It offers properties of extensibility and elastic recovery. This fiber can in fact be stretched up to seven times its initial length before returning to its original position when the tension is released, which gives it unique advantages.
LYCRA Xtralife® is an elastane thread that is very resistant, particularly to chlorine and UV rays.
Tulle fabric is used for many sewing ideas: for dresses, veils, petticoats, etc. but also for decoration ideas. It is a woven fabric with continuous weft threads and warp threads woven in a crosswise direction. These intertwine the warp threads and thus create the waffle pattern of the fabric.
♡ This fabric was used for a few products during a lingerie collection.
Zinc is worked in a raw form, is tinted and has pretty reflections, they allow to make superb jewelry that has allure. It protects other materials from corrosion.
Zinc is a metal found in nature mainly in the form of carbonate ores and mainly sulfides (blende). Its transformation can follow two processes: dry extraction, or thermal process, and wet extraction, electrolysis.
