To find the ideal size, measure your chest circumference (across the breasts, at the tip of the breasts) & your underbust circumference (below the breasts).
If you are between two sizes : rely on the chest measurement.

Several solutions are available to you:
- Either by hand : with soapy water then rinse with clean water.
- Either in the machine (inside out to protect your fabric and with similar colours): at 30° maximum on a delicate programme : we advise you to wash the product in a washing bag or GuppyFriend to protect it from friction.
- After washing, lay the top flat to dry . We advise you to avoid twisting it so as not to damage the fibers.
